Big Huge Labs has a utility to create demotivational posters simply by uploading your pic, and choosing the title/text and colors.  With a pro membership, you can create hi-res print ready copies, which I plan on having a lot of fun with.

About the pic:  Remember those awesome irish spring commercials that would involve a guy knifing open a bar of irish springs?   Well, on my trip to ireland recently, I had to shoot my own commercial.  The original inspiration was the video where the person is actually an 'Irish' guy in Ireland by a brook or river of sorts.  I haven't been able to find it, but maybe one day... Hah, here it is
